Bill was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. He graduated from the University of South Alabama with a B.A. in Political Science in 1991. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1995. While there, he received the Dean's Award and also served as President of the Law School student body. He is admitted to practice in all Alabama State Courts and the U.S. District Court in the Southern and Middle Districts of Alabama.
Bill is a member of the Mobile County Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and the South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Mobile Area Sports Commission, where he was selected as the Commission's first President. Bill practices exclusively as a Mobile and Baldwin County Alabama Personal Injury Attorney.
Allen was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. He graduated from the University of Montevallo with a B.A. in English in 1988. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 1991.
He is admitted to practice in all Alabama State Courts and the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Alabama. Allen is a member of the Mobile County Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association (where he has been a member of the Board of Governors) and the South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association (where he has been a member of the Executive Committee). Allen practices exclusively as a Mobile and Baldwin County Alabama Personal Injury Attorney.

Jason graduated from Auburn University in 2002 with a degree B.A. in Economics. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 2007. He joined Eiland & Ritchie, LLC, in 2007, and practices in the areas of personal injury and domestic relations.
Jason is a member of the Mobile County Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Mississippi State Bar, South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and the Alabama Association for Justice.
